Einmal mehr beweist sich Myspace als Quelle für hochkarätige Musik und Mixtapes:
Der Australier Flow Dynamics, seines Zeichens Funk-, Soul- und Hip Hop Freestyler, hat mich mit einem Live-Mitschnitt ihres Remix- und Mashup-DJ-Sets vom Gold Diggers Festival in Barcelona völligst überzeugt.
Statt klassisch Schallplatten ineinander zu mixen überlegte sich der Australier etwas neues:
Mit Sequenzer, Midi-Equipment und jeder Menge Loops, Grooves, Songs, Acapellas und Song-Snippets im Gepäck kreierte Flow Dynamics einen “on the fly” Mashup-Mix. Heraus kam ein mitreisendes Mixtape mit jeder Menge Old-School-Breaks, “dusty” Funk-Classics, Soul, Hip-Hop, Latin & Disco-Tunes.
